A DTCP layout approval is required for any subdivision of land into plots for development — whether residential plots, commercial sites, or industrial land parcels — outside the Chennai Metropolitan Area (CMA). We handle: all drawing preparation (site plan, layout plan, FMB correlations), documentation assembly, DTCP zoning compliance verification, submission to the relevant DTCP District Office, follow-up with the District Town Planning Officer (DTPO), and collection of the final Layout Approval Order (LAO).

For buildings outside the Chennai Metropolitan Area, DTCP building plan approval is required before construction. Without DTCP regularisation, these properties cannot obtain building plan approval, cannot be mortgaged with banks, and cannot be legally transferred.
